This policy covers this website, inquiries sent to our @8mholdings.ca addresses, and payments processed under the 8M Holdings name. Ventures we operate that have their own websites may publish their own policies; where they do, those apply to that product.

Who we are

8M Holdings Ltd. is a private holding company incorporated in Canada. For anything in this policy, contact [email protected].

What we collect

• Correspondence. If you email us, we keep the message and your email address so we can reply and keep context.
• Payment records. When you pay us, we receive your name, the amount, and a payment reference — from Stripe for card payments, or from your bank for Interac e‑Transfer. We never see or store card numbers.
• Technical logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and request time, for security and reliability.

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.

How we use it

To answer your messages, to process and reconcile payments, and to meet legal and tax record-keeping obligations. We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Service providers only, and only what they need to do their job: Stripe (card processing), your bank and Interac (e‑Transfer), Google Workspace (email), and Cloudflare (hosting). We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Retention

We keep correspondence for as long as it’s useful for support. Payment and tax records are kept for seven years, as Canadian tax law requires.

Your rights

Under PIPEDA you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis for holding it. Email [email protected] and we’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date above.
