8M Holdings Ltd. is the parent company of a small portfolio of ventures. Payments and support for those ventures are handled centrally, so a charge or an e‑Transfer may reference 8M Holdings rather than the product you bought.

Charges on a statement

If a charge on your bank or card statement references 8M Holdings and you don’t recognize it, email [email protected] with the date and amount. We’ll identify the purchase and, if something is wrong, correct it.

Interac e‑Transfer

We accept Interac e‑Transfer at [email protected]. Include your name and your invoice or order reference in the message field so we can match the payment.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.

Refunds

Refunds follow the terms of the venture you purchased from. If you’re not sure where to start, email [email protected] and we’ll route it. See also our terms.
